Product design

We work with our clients in the identification, feasibility, design and implementation of sustainable, nature-based and culture-based tourist products, activities and services. An understanding of market trends and tourists’ needs and characteristics is necessary to make sure that the proposed products are profitable. Familiarity with commercialization channels and the competitors’ offer is also important in order to make sure that proposed products and services are innovative, competitive and accessible to customers. We have designed natural and cultural tourism products and services for private entrepreneurs, families, farmers’ cooperatives and women’s and youth’s associations in Costa Rica and Nicaragua, in themes such as coffee, cattle ranching, handcrafts, butterfly farms, organic agriculture, traditional architecture, horseback riding, tropical forests, lodging, and others.
