Human Resource Training

One of the main services Sustainable by Nature offers to our clients is human resource training. We believe that training is one way of helping people learn to improve and so we regard it as an investment rather than an expense. Investing in people should be part of any company’s or organization’s strategy.
Learning is about change in the trainees’ behaviors, skills, values and beliefs. The trainer’s fundamental job is to demonstrate that change is possible. Training and learning are two sides of the same coin: The trainer creates a context in which individuals are motivated to learn.
People learn faster when they are exposed first hand to the subject. The mere transfer of information is not enough. Effective training must emphasize opportunities for participants to interact with each other, with their surroundings and with themselves, in ways that allow them to develop knowledge, abilities, values and beliefs.
Sustainable by Nature believes in training that:
• Understands the audiences’ characteristics including their cultural, social and educational backgrounds, their values and beliefs and specific needs of knowledge, information and skills.
• Proposes learning outcomes based on those characteristics and needs.
• Works at different neurological levels: environment, behavior, capabilities and beliefs.
• Addresses diverse learning styles through a combination of activities that stimulates all the senses.
• Provides respectful feedback and encourages peer correction.
